This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of Bifrost Sovereign's cloud infrastructure services. All customers must comply with this policy to ensure our platform remains secure, reliable, and compliant with applicable laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Permitted Uses
Our services are designed for legitimate business, research, and personal computing needs, including:
- AI and machine learning model training and inference
- Data analytics and scientific computing
- Software development and testing
- Web application hosting and deployment
- Database and storage services
- Enterprise workloads and business applications
- Research and academic computing
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Processing or storing illegal content
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Intellectual property infringement
Security Violations
- Unauthorized access to systems or data
- Distributing malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Conducting network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, etc.)
- Cryptomining without explicit authorization
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities
Harmful Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content promoting violence or terrorism
- Hate speech or harassment
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Defamatory or libelous content
Network Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating open proxies or relays
- Excessive resource consumption affecting other users
- IP address spoofing or network manipulation
4. AI and Machine Learning Guidelines
Given our focus on AI infrastructure, the following additional guidelines apply:
- AI systems must comply with the EU AI Act and applicable regulations
- Training data must be obtained and used in compliance with applicable laws
- Prohibited: AI systems designed to manipulate, deceive, or cause harm
- High-risk AI applications require appropriate documentation and oversight
- Deepfakes and synthetic media must be clearly labeled if distributed
5. Resource Usage
To ensure fair access for all customers:
- Use resources within your allocated quotas and limits
- Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
- Report suspected abuse or security issues promptly
- Optimize workloads to avoid unnecessary resource consumption
- Automated systems must include appropriate rate limiting
6. Data Handling Requirements
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring legal basis for processing any personal data
- Implementing appropriate security measures for stored data
- Complying with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
- Maintaining accurate records of data processing activities
- Notifying us of any data breaches affecting our infrastructure
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately to:

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action. Reports can be made anonymously.
8. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Suspension: Temporary restriction of services pending investigation
- Termination: Permanent removal of access for serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: Reporting to authorities for illegal activities
We reserve the right to suspend services immediately without notice in cases of serious violations or to protect our infrastructure and other customers.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to address new types of abuse, comply with legal requirements, or reflect changes in our services. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
